Since my earliest childhood, I have been (un)consciously inspired by objects and how they are made. My family practised the Craft occupations. They were shoemakers, carpenters and bakers.

As a result of this early exposure I became familiar with fabrics, sewing machines, leather, wood as well as interesting patterns and forms. The hospitality and generosity of my parents enabled me to observe people in their various occupations and to be inspired by them.

I like the technique. Large lines and shapes interspersed with details. The textures and perspectives that keep you looking. She always takes two extremes to let the imagination work. Matte, smooth, opaque, crystalline, large shapes and small details enhance the drawings.
